DeAndre Wiggins is a bridge builder and an impassioned, driven and dedicated change agent who has been a resource for underserved populations in and around Maryland for over two decades. His experience includes groundbreaking work with Low / No Income Fathers, Children in Need of Assistance, and Developmentally and Intellectually Disabled Adults, and job seekers. In addition to designing, developing, and implementing programmatic components that have helped others change their lives for the better, Mr. Wiggins consistently advocates for better services and policy that seeks to truly address the needs of all members of Baltimore's families. Operating with integrity and exemplary supervisory, advocacy, counseling and referral skills, he has overseen the placements of hundreds of Maryland residents in gainful careers that have changed their lives for the better. DeAndre is a proud father, a graduate of Coppin State University and is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration.
