Program Manager, JumpStart
Matt Stubbs is passionate about providing access to training and career opportunities to people with barriers to employment. Matt and his wife moved to Baltimore in 2011. Matt joined JOTF in 2012 as the program manager for their direct service construction training program, Project JumpStart. Since then, Matt has overseen the program’s expansion from serving 70 Baltimoreans a year in one location to enrolling 125 residents a year in two locations. In 2013, Matt was selected as an Emerging Leader through Bank of America’s Neighborhood Builder’s grant program.
