Chief Operating Officer
Rae graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Spanish, and completed her Master in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore. Prior to joining the JOTF team in December, 2017, Rae spent over 13 years working on issues related to youth and family involvement in the juvenile justice system. In 2003, Rae spent a year in a national service position through AmeriCorps, which was instrumental in shaping her approach to addressing issues of race and equity in education and employment. Following her year of service, Rae advanced through a series of management positions focused on honing her skills in program development, grant and financial management, and leadership. To JOTF, Rae brings a strong passion for youth development, social and economic justice, and the desire to continue deep collaboration within a variety of systems to affect positive change within the state of Maryland.
