Charles C. Harper has spent decades as a tireless community servant and advocate in Baltimore City and the state of Maryland. His interest in community development and sustainability was cultivated at a young age through various community leaders who served as his mentors. His commitment to service was visible at a young age, where he served as president for the Baltimore City chapter of The Young Democrats and in various other programs. In 2011, he was inducted into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Alpha Beta Upsilon Chapter where he served as secretary and president. Charles serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts Project. Charles joined the JOTF team in December 2018 as a Case Manager. He is a proud father, faithful member of the Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church, lifelong resident of Cherry Hill in Baltimore City, and a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in Human Service Administration.
