Mark Woodard

Mr. Woodard has represented school boards, counties, nursing homes, Prince George's County Public Schools, child advocacy and civil liberties groups and the state medical board before the legislative and executive branches of the Maryland state government for decades. Prior to that he was a practicing attorney in Maryland and he began his career as a teacher in Baltimore City. Mark earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore and his Bachelor's degree in history from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
