Craig Addison

Programs Manager

Craig has been a community champion for decades, dedicating his own time and resources assisting individuals with housing and access to personal and professional resources. In the last 20 years, he has contributed to and/or developed a number of programs to address concerns in historically marginalized neighborhoods in Baltimore. In the late 2000’s, Craig worked with Help Homes and struggling landlords to create housing opportunities for individuals living in shelters. Dozens of young adults were also employed and trained as carpenters, during that same period, through a family real estate investment business where he served his family as a project lead.

In more recent years, Craig has built job opportunities in the tech space. From 2020 through early 2024 a National Community Helpdesk service was developed to help bridge the digital divide and create a pipeline of experienced and capable techs looking to break into tech fields. In his role as National Director of the help desk countless individuals were able to gain access to career resources, training and placement, extending reach beyond the tech industry. A testament of his success is realized through the many testimonials from those he has worked with over the years expressing gratitude for his role in their professional development.
